1. Introduction

Komandio Labs is operated by an independent individual developer. This policy applies to the Komandio Labs website, Kontrol, Komandio, and related services. Komandio Labs does not operate user accounts, customer profiles, or a user database.

2. Product-Specific Processing

Kontrol works with locally connected control hardware and local configuration files to provide its setup workflow. Komandio may process microphone input and voice-command data for its voice features. Product documentation describes any optional online feature before you enable it.

Komandio Labs does not intentionally collect voice recordings, operate a user-account service, or maintain personally identifiable licensing records. Technical license or activation information may be processed locally or transiently only to provide license validation; it is not used to create a user profile.

3. Information Collected

• Direct correspondence: If you email Komandio Labs, I receive the information you include in that message so I can respond to you.
• Essential service data: Cloudflare may process technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the website and related infrastructure.
• No analytics or advertising tracking: This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

Kontrol may be distributed and sold through Itch.io. Itch.io processes its own purchase, payment, and platform information under its own privacy policy. The Komandio Labs Discord community is operated through Discord, which processes information under its own privacy policy. Komandio Labs does not control those services' data practices.

5. Retention

Komandio Labs does not maintain user accounts or a user-record database. Direct email correspondence may be retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested or retention is no longer necessary. Third-party services retain information under their own policies.

6. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. Komandio Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
