5. Purchases and Refunds

Kontrol is distributed through itch.io. itch.io and its payment providers process payments, and purchases are subject to itch.io's applicable terms and refund process. For a refund request relating to an itch.io purchase, contact itch.io Support with your purchase information. Komandio Labs may provide technical support to help resolve product-access or functionality issues, but does not process payment refunds directly. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
